What is Guided Meditation?

Guided Meditation is a lovely, natural state of focussed concentration and calm.  

An experienced meditation teacher can lead you gently into this state.  At your own pace, you will firstly begin to relax all of the muscles in your body and will be guided into a meditative relaxed state, in body and mind.  This is called "progressive relaxation".

When your body and mind are relaxed, you are then more receptive to the powerful suggestion of change, a change to the person you want to become, handling stress better.  Imagining a better life for yourself; a life with joy and love and contentment.  

When we begin to let go of unwanted stress, we can make better decisions in our daily lives.  We can think more clearly.  We start to reprogramme our minds from the  vicious cycle of negative thinking to uplifting, optimistic thinking.

Can you imagine for a moment actually stopping the negative thinking in its tracks, even for just 15 minutes in your day?  The difference that would make for you in all areas of your life.

Being able to pursue your goals and dreams, becoming the confident person you want to be.  Letting go of the shackles of self doubt that have plagued you for too long.
